XHZDL2-63 Overy Voltage/Under Voltage/Over Current/Electric Leakage Integrated Protective Device adopts the high speed, tiny chip and low power consumption CPU as its' center processor inside, assembling with magnetic latching relay as its' main circuit and produced in a high standard of modularized design. The protector can rapidly and safely cut off the circuit to prevent abnormal voltage input the terminal unit and avoid accident occurs when it's over or under voltage during continuous severe impact of high voltage. The protector will automatically connect circuits within the designed time when the voltage recovery to normal and ensures the terminal equipment runs well under unmanned operation mode. The green indicator LED display lights when the power returns to normal and the red indicator LED display lights when the power is over, under normal voltage range or in delayed conditions. The voltage protector is mounted with 35mm din rail on the equipment unit.

5. Operating Instructions.
1. Working Conditions:
A. Ambient air temperature: -5oC~+40oC, the highest monthly mean temperature should not exceed +35oC;
B. Altitude for installing place should not exceed 2000m;
C. Atmospheric relative humidity: + 40 not more than 50%, the highest humidity is 90%, air relative humidity of 85% or less;
D. Pollution level: level 2;
E: Use category: AC-22A;
F: Installation: install rail with TH35-7.5 profile steel, shall not exceed 5 degrees of vertical inclination.

3. Matters Need Attention:
A. This protector does not have overcurrent protection or short circuit protection, so it shall be installed in front of the protector with overcurrent protection and short circuit breaker;
B. When the protector is disconnected, the relay inside just cuts off L fire line, but N zero line is not broken, so L fire line and N zero line shall not be misconnected when it's in application;
C. Tighten the thread screw when assembling on unit for preventing damage to the product due to poor contact.
